Charlie, use a pair of gloves, and move the mirror all the way down and out, now put a srewdriver or something behind just the lip of the glass frame, now just pop it off! The new one comes in a new plastic frame, and just pops back into the motor/mount. Most Glass shops(auto) can get the mirror for you, DO NOT order online, they only send the glass!
