Hello, my car has lost power and acceleration. It runs like a bad fuel filter. i changed it, but still runs bad. i am also smelling fuel, but find no leaks and it is making my oil change light come on.

check for a very wet spark plug, you may have a leaking injector, but also check that you have good spark at all plugs and the plug gaps are not excessive, start here.

So could injector o-rings cause the problem. Oh and tonight it went back to normal for about two miles.

no, normally if you have a leaking injector it is the internal pintal that weeps they need to be flow tested on a bench tester to see how well they are working.
