Still running hot!

'99 mercury villager 123000 miles:
it just had major work done water pump o2 sensor and thermostat and now all of a sudden it is running hot and leaking coolant. What else can it be?

please help.
I've got kids and its my only car.

Do you have an actual leak or you losing coolant and don't know where its going
