car smells of gas in the car while driving, and under the hood when looking.

check for leaks around the fuel pressure regulator and gas lines first. then check around the injectors and fuel rail. also check the carbon/charcoal canister.

if thats all good check the pressure, if the pressure is too low it can smell very gassy.
