I will be replacing the mass air flow and oxygen sensors in the next few days and am not sure of there location or procedure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can I ask why you are replace all of those parts? If you continually get "lean bk1, lean bk2" codes, then it is either a vacuum leak in the common plenum of the intake or more likely the Mass Airflow Sensor.
