1998 Mercury Tracer brakes seizing up

i have a 1998 mercury tracer 2.0 ls. it runs fine but after about 10 minutes the front brake calipers start seizing up causing the brakes to overheat. after the car sits for about an hour the brakes release and it runs fine for about 10 min. ill be honest, i cant afford a mechanic and i really need help. :)

Whichever side that is giving you the trouble, your caliper for that side is sticking. You can try bleeding the brake system and re-grease the caliper bolts, but I believe the remedy is to replace the caliper.
