1999 Mercury Sable heater vents on dashboard.

Just recently my vents dont work. I can hear the fan blowing but the vents wont open. The air is coming thu the defrost area and mabe a little on the floor. What happened?

Check for a vacuum leak and check vacuum supply line into the selector switch
check cables on the HVAC box

need manual CHECK IT @
