Engine Performance problem
1993 Mercury Sable 6 cyl Automatic 125K miles
Hi Guys .sable 3.8 has started missing badly had the plugs changed, fuel filter,mass air sensor, nothing worked, fuel pump checked out ok, but it still jumps and bucks about when I try to acelerate. Just come back from a ford diagnostic check, they say the the head gasket has blown, mega bucks to fix they also say the coolant is being mixed with the fuel and being injected into the cylinders , Starts like a dream but sometimes slalls when I stop, Will a bottle of majic be worth a try, if not it's the junk yard. THX.
