My 1993 Mercury Sable Wagon is a lemon and hasn't been driven much as it only has 39,000 miles on it. When accelerating from a stop or at low speeds the car stumbles, but, never stalls, then picks up speed. Also the batter light comes on when accelerating at low speeds. This only happens on an upward incline or on relatively flat roads. I may junk this car, however, everything else seems to be operating OK.
No Ford dealer or local mechanics can pinpoint the problem. Thanks.
