2001 Other Mercury Models what can cause my car to over heat

I've change my thermostat, added antifreeze and it stil overheats. What should I do or check next.

Let teh car get hot and then shut it off and feel the radiator. F you fel any cool or cold spots the radiator is bad an dneeeds replacing. It should be the same temperature all over. If not it's bad.
