how do I unplug the starter I can not get the wires off or the start uninstalled

What's going on here -is the starter constantly engaging the engine? Be specific -Let me know

The starter is dead im trying to uninstall it but cant get the plugs off I am totally stumped I have it unbolted and everything I just cant get the plugs off
