All cylinders have orange spark?

Are you sure your grounding out the spark tester porperly?

What is the negative voltage at the coil?

We found another problem my timing belt is missing teeth. So it cant completely turn over. So I got to get a new timing belt and set the timing. We also found out that I have a fuel problem. Its getting right fuel pressure. But it seems like its flooding. But I was told that the timing can mess up my fuel and spark problem.

Yes if the vehicle is putting fuel in before teh spark or after the spark it just builds up and will flood.

Fixing the timing shoudl restore proper fuction. Camshaft and crankshaft sensors may have to go through a relearn procedure.

When setting the timing. The exhaust camshaft has a spring pulley. Explain how that works. Do I put tension on it or what. Ive never seen anything like that before. We bought a new belt and installed it. We didnt put any tension on it. And it flipped out of wack and split. So bought a second belt and installed it with the tension on the camshaft. And the car turns over but it seems like it may be out of time by just a tooth or so.
