hi i was needing some advice for head removal and timing on my 2003 mercury mountaineer. i was just wondering what im going to run into with this. and can i get a rundown on the procedure for this car. i also need to know how to time it right. any advice would be much appreciated.

As far as timing, you can get that from the belt routing site on this page. However, replacing the head gaskets is a big job. For me to explaine it via the interet allows too much room for error. Thus, I strongly recommend getting a repair manual with step by step instructions and pictures to help identify parts. If you run into trouble, let me know.
