2004 Mercury Marquis ABS Light/Brake Light

Brakes problem
2004 Mercury Marquis 6 cyl Automatic 39000 miles

Stopped for gas; restarted car; steering seemed stiff;
drove about 1000 ft; abs light and brake light came on; stopped; re-started car -everything seems fine now, is this something I should be concerned about-does it need a repairman?

Internittent problems like that can be hard to find. If it isnt doing it now, there may or may not be a code stored in the computer to help figure out what it was. Could have been a sticky relay or something like that. A scan would be thonly shot at finding out what it was. If it made it hard to steer, you may want to have it looked at, that could be dangerous in the wrong situation
