1999 Mercury Marquis Car runs rough

I just replaced my intake manifold and plugs after my old intake manifold cracked, it starts up fine but idles kinda shaky, and when I put into drive it goes to a real low idle and almost dies but in park it idles better?

Recheck your work
check for vacuum leaks
check firing order and wires

need manual CHECK IT @

The firing order goes in oder 1-8 but also my 1999 mercury has the plugs on top of the head with those individual plugs are they numbered? Because I didnt mark those where they went back?

If you have a coil per cylinder you should be OK
if not firing order should go like this 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8
