Hello, I have a problem with my windshield wipers. Seems as though they hit some trouble on the way back from Georgia this past weekend. They work fine on each speed, but when you shut them off, they do not want to go down, they go up. Please help.

Since it happened after something hit them, most likely the wiper linkage was bent. If they are bent just bend them back. Also check for a metal tab at the wiper motor assembly, if that gets bent out of shape it will park upright as well.
