1994 Mercury Marquis Oil pumps light turns on

My question was my oil light turns on when I am using the car, Ill start the car & there's no oil light for a while I use about 25 minutes then it turns on but does turn off when I step on the was but when I slow down and stop then it turns right back again, I step on the gas then off again. The car has oil I check every day. Do I need to change the oil pump, because I switch the oil sensor but didn;t make a diffrence. What do you recomened is the problem new oil pump or is there other options?

There could be a couple of things. You said you changed the oil pressure sending unit? The pickup screen could be clogged up or the pump could be going bad or the oil filter clogging up. Have you done regular oil changes? Try using some engine cleaner then change the oil and filter.
