put in new altnater replaced 75 amp copper fuse between alt and starter lights flicker when rpm over 1500 can hear voltage kicking in and out

This is caused by a recall issue. Need to speak with your local Ford dealer and have the recall fixed. They will reroute and replace the charging systems wiring with the up-to-date correct wiring.
