I was driving my 2003 mercedes e320 when a tire blew out. After replacing the tire and a few miles most of the warning ligts lighted up. For example ESP, and other stuff I dont remember. I had like 5-7 malfunctions. Took it to the dealer and they said they dont know and now after 3 weeks they still do not know, but think its a computer problem. They said I might need a new computer. They said that they have tried chaging the contacts, check the fuses, but still always lights up after a little while. What could it be? And how much will it cost me?

This all depends on what warnings you saw. If the blowout caused damage to a wheel speed sensor you may just be getting bad itermittent readings from the sensor. On the wheel that had the blow out check the conditions of the componentry behind it. If you see any wiring that may look damaged this may be your issue. I would be very suspect of a computer replacement at a dealer especially with no conrete answers as to codes or what caused the failure. See if you can get a list of codes from the dealer that the vehicle had stored. Also which computer do they want to replace. Is it the traction control module, ME SFI module, ?
