Engine Performance problem
2001 Mercedes Benz C320 6 cyl 84000 miles

Can you tell me where to locate the mass air flow sensor on this car?
Is it easy to replace?
How do I replace?
The auto shop can send my bad one in and replace it cheaper than I can have it done, do you recommend this?

I wouldn't recommend sending it off and having it rebuilt, purchase a new one.

Thanks so much!
How do I check oil?
If check oil light is on do I just add oil if it is not due for oil change?
Also, do you really only change oil in Mercedes every 15000?

Check oil level using the engine oil dipstick, under hood.. Never just add oil without knowing how much is in engine already. Too much engine oil CAN hurt the engine just as easily as too little oil. I'm not a Merc expert so really not sure about the 15k mile oil changes, but I have never heard of that and even if it were true I believe I would stick to around every 5k miles anyways just to ensure a better lifespan of the engine.

Theres no dipstick, I guess you need a special stick or take it to the mercedes mechanic every time you want to check the oil?
Thanks though
Is it hard to install the Mass Air Flow Sensor, can you send me directions or a diagram?
