Is the ford code reader compatible with a 92 Mazda B2600. Astore employee said the ranger has the same engine and electronics

Possibly Ford own mazda. If it was 96 or newer I would say yes! OBD I was 85 - 95 OBD II 96 to present all cars sold in USA!
