I had changed my front rotors and bled those lines a bit. The bleeding of the lines reduced the fluid well by 1/4. Replaced the fluid with fresh fluid.

Anyway, I get resistance/pressure on the brake when the car is off or in accessory mode. However, when the engine is running, there is next to no resistance on the pedal and the is only minor braking when the pedal is against the floor.

The brake master cylinder could be leaking internally and not able to produce the pressure needed to have a firm brake pedal.

I brought the car in to a garage to have it worked on, I was getting fed up. It was the master cylinder. Thank you for your time and help.
