Having issues in regards to TCS cutting power as well as engine code that refers to random misfire. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

TCS problems are common in the supercharged model (if yours is the naturally aspirated model, this may not apply), and are often triggered by vacuum leaks. I would start by checking all vacuum lines for disconnected, broken, or cracked hoses. Also check for cracked T connectors.

Unfortunately it seems the diagram for the 95 millenia is no longer available online, but the diagram for the 96 on is similar (see attached image).

The lines leading from the supercharger to the crankcase are a bit more complicated on the 95. There's an additional solenoid and line leading back to the intake, but otherwise the vacuum diagram is relatively similar.

I would pay special attention to the lines leading from the map sensor mounted on the firewall to the engine.
