I recently had a minor accident the front driver side headlight was damaged, I replaced the headlight and signal light, when I turned them on to test them the lights flash or blink rapidly. When I start the engine and turn the lights on they don`t blink thay increase and decrease in power I checked for a short but couln`t find anything. What is this? Help me please.

The bulb may have a dead fillament. Take a look at the bulb to see if one of the fillaments are burnt. Get back with findings

Why dont you try the flasher, you can ohm stest it to see if it works. The accident could have caused it to short out.
