Where is the MAP not MAF sensor located in the car listed above (standard American model)? I’ve checked everywhere and can’t find it. Picture as well of location and all please? Thank you

You vehicle is the 1.6L supercharged, correct? If this is the case then you don't actually have a MAP sensor. You have two IAT sensors, one before the supercharger and the other after it. The IAT2 has a MAP sensor integrated into it. I attached the info. It states the IAT2 is in the manifold.

I am trying to find a detailed picture of it as you requested but haven't found one yet. I will ask a contact that I have at a dealer to see if they can find one.

No :( I explicitly do not have a supercharger. 2012 Ford Fiesta 1.6 no turbo. It has a map sensor, where is it located?

Just running through this and it appears your engine does not have a MAP sensor. It has a MAF and the PCM uses the MAF and throttle input to determine the manifold pressure.

Is there a reason you are thinking there is a MAP as well? There are engines that have both but your engine appears to only have a MAF. Again the MAP is then a calculated value.

Take a look at the wiring diagram below of the PCM and the pinout charts and you will see that this engine does not have a MAP. The PCM would have a circuit for it and it is not there but the MAF is.

Please let us know if you have other questions. Thanks
