MAF sensor wiring harness install instructions?

I replaced my MAF after not passing emissions testing. Received a p0112 an air temperature control and a p0102 mass air flow circuit sensor low. Purchased a MAF 5 wire connector. My question is when I purchased the 5 wire wiring harness wires are all black in color. I can't match up the colors. I need to match up the wires coming from the new harness to the car. Also, my radiator fan comes on 3 seconds after starting the car and at high speed.

We only handle one problem per question. please start a new thread for the radiator fan. Here are the connector views for the MAF sensor and the wiring diagrams so you can match the wiring positions up. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
