High engine idle?

In the morning the RPM goes to 1500 at startup and then slowly decreases to 900. The engine vibrates a lot in idle mode. New throttle body has been installed but no improvement. Sometimes engine is not is not started in first attempt.

This sounds like a classic vacuum leak. Please check for leaks by following this guide when the engine is cold:
