low coolant in resovoir

I have a 2003 eclipse my coolant in my overflow tank keeps becoming low, I have rust in radiator and in my driverside carpet is soaked. what can it be

obviously, you have a leak. inside the car is the heater core which may be the failure. have it pressure tested to verify
