Loud tapping from engine?

I have a loud engine tapping noise that sounds like a lifter tapping the valve cover it's only there once the engine is fully warmed up and only under 3,000 RPMs. Valve clearance is good, oil levels are good. It's not using any oil, or any loss of power runs and drives great just sounds like heck once warm and under 3,000 RPMs.

It sounds like you may have a timing belt that needs to be replaced. To be sure, can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.
