Loud squeling or rubbing sound coming from the Back passage side.

Loud noise it started when I drive over 40mph but now its when I turn or even come out of a park. And if I continue to drive the noise gets extremely loud until push on breaks or stop. What could it be. I have an appointment at the chev store but not till friday.
