Loose bumper

Yesterday I was taking my car out of the parking space. I was reversing my car when suddenly I heard a good cracking sound. When I came out to see I saw that the bumper of my car was pulled. The strings and knot had disjoined though the bumper did not came out. Now I am in dilema what I have to do. Do I have to change the bumper or can fix it and how much does it cost?Although there are no scratches or any dents.

We can't diagnose that over a computer. You need the help of the people at a body shop for an analysis and estimate. Often there are plastic clips bolted to the body, and the bumper just snaps into them. Some of those repairs are very inexpensive.
