Hello and welcome to 2CarPros. Here are some Ebay links to various listings for manuals for the car. They are just .pdf files. The search phrase I used was "1998 lancer manual." Additionally, often times you can get owners manuals from the manufacturer's website. Although I don't see that Mitsubishi offers it. Google can often be a good friend for this. Also. Any time you need to know something about your car, you can always come to 2CarPros. We've got more data than I know what to do with.
