I just bought this car. I pulled off after we put the tension belt on and we didn't tighten the belt enough and it would go over 5 mph and I shut the car off. Then we tried starting multiple times and it went on lock mode p1610.

Hello, I'm Danny.

I've attached 2 pictures below showing a troubleshooting chart for that particular code. You will have to find a local repair shop or friend that has access to a Nissan factory code reader to unlock the problem. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
