2000 Lincoln Town Car battery draw

I replaced the battery on my lincoln, old one had tested with bad cell. Once replaced I hear an air noise/immediate draw on battery when connected.
Location near passenger side of engine near first spark plug. Any idea what the draw is and/or air leak/draw?

The only way to determine what's drawing the battery is to use an ammeter-anything over 30milliamps calls for serious concern.
