2004 Other Lincoln Models

Today I got into an accident on the highway in my 04 lincoln aviator. I lost control of the vehicle and it crashed into the guard rail hitting the right front corner.I had to get the car put on a tow truck because the right front wheel is pointed to the left and wont turn when I turn the wheel. The left wheel moves perfect though. What could have broken that would make the right wheel unresponsive.

Probably the tie rod broke, but you could have damaged the rack as well. Have a mecnahinc look at it, he can tell what's wrong. BUT you could have damaged the frame as well and if it is then it's time for the body shop.
