Camber Adjustment

We just had new tires and tie rods put on along with a front end alignment. The mechanic noted that there were no other worn parts and everything was within spec. However, it looks (visual inspection) as if the front wheels have some negative camber (more so on the driver side). Is there any way to adjust the camber on a 1998 Lincoln Continental?

The car must have been in an accident. Yes it is a bit of a job. Need to drill out welds so top of strut can be moved to bring camber in specs. Here are the diagrams the book gives to do the job (below)
