code P0016 and car is in limp mode?

After changing 1st and secondary timing chain, water pump, guildes get it all back together and is ok but getting code P0016 and car is in limp mode. I've read so many threads on the same thing and replacing cam, and crankshaft position sensor cars still in limp mode, is there a true fix for this problem? I thank you ahead of time for the advise... Thank you!

P0016 the camshaft position sensor for bank 1 does not correlate to crankshaft position sensor. So, this means the timing marks are off or you have a camshaft position sensor that is off. Please recheck your marks here is the procedure for installing the timing chain correctly. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
