Drove during heavy rain. I got home turned off car and removed keys from ignition. Strangely my dashboard lights and radio light stayed on. The only way to turn them off was to disconnect the battery. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Good afternoon,

Good possibility that it got wet. Rain may have leaked from the windshield and caused the wiring or the GEM module to get wet. That is what controls those lights.

If you let it sit and dry out, try and see if it is working. If not then you will need to get a scan tool to access the module to see if it is commanding the lights on.
