I replaced the driver outside door handle on my car and in doing so, I pulled the wires off the plastic connector that hooks to the actual door lock, now I can not unlock the door with the key or the powerr door switch. Will I need to replace the hole door lock or can I get new wires for the door lock?

Hello -

If I understand you correctly you pulled the wires out of the connector plug so that you have just bare wires showing?

If this is correct, then you can probably go to an auto electrical shop and they can take a pin extractor and remove the old pins in the plug, then put new pins on the bare wires and insert them back into the connector.

If that is not what you are saying maybe send a pic of what you have to better advise.
