The left sliding door on my van will not automatically open when pulling on the outside handle. Likewise, it will not open using the interior handle/lever or the button. It will, however, open when using the key fob or the overhead buttons up in the front of the car.

The right sliding door works perfectly.

The way this operates is the Power Sliding Door Control Module gets the inputs to open the door from any of the various inputs and then it opens it. If the door is not operating on multiple inputs as you mentioned, I would think the control module is the issue. Either that or there is a wiring issue that is not getting the signal to the module but this is unlikely due to how it is wired. We know the door function operates due to it working from the key and button. This means we need to know why these various inputs don't work.

Let's start with checking for codes because if there are codes then that will point us in the best direction. If you can't pull codes, most parts stores can do it free of charge.

I attached the complete operation, so let's read over this so that when we get the codes, they will make more sense as to what the issue is.

Let me know what codes are in it and we can go from there. Thanks
