2006 Range Rover Transfer case

2006 ROVER RANGE ROVER

After driving through a puddle the tranfer case has a grinding noise like it stuck between 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive. what is the cause and how do I repair this?

Hello .. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated Start by checking fuses 33,35 and 37 in central fuse/relay box also check fuse 17 in battery fuse/relay box .. if these are good check wiring connecors on transfer box motor ! Hope this helps
