STARTER WONT CRANK ENGINE IN THE MORNING
BUT SELINOID WORKS, AND ONCE STARTED STARTER WORKS NORMALLY. CHECKED BATTERY AND VOLTAGE READING WAS 13 VOLTS, SO WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Could be a loose connection. You can start by checking the 13mm nut that bolt that secures the power cable to the starter, and also the exciter wire that connects to the solenoid. Make sure they are clean and tight. Also you could check the Ground wire that goes from the fender to the alternator bracket.
