Okay, check engine light turned on. Went and had the code pulled, it said one of my knock sensors were bad. I took the knock sensor harness apart where it plugged together and tested each wire going to the sensors. Both tested 108 on the ohm setting on my meter. Is that what it is supposed to read?

What was the actual code number? The knock sensor puts out an ac signal. The ohms spec for sensor itself, shows, 90K---110K ohms. If you want to check continuity for wire circuits, take it loose at both ends then test. As far as ohms test, the closer you get to zero, the better.
Check out the repair guides link at top of page, has some info on knock sensors and wire testing.
