The knock sensor is located under the intake manifold. Is there a better way to replace it without removing the intake manifold?

Hi and thanks for using 2carpros. Com.
I wish I had a better way, but the intake needs to be removed to replace it. It is mounted in the engine block below the intake. It calls for 4.2 hours labor, so it's not a quick fix.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Joe
