2003 Kia Sorento power window

Driver's side window went down and stayed down. Checked voltage to motor, with a minimal reading(1-3V). Replaced the switch and still doesn't work. Could it be the motor? The wires seem to be all intact and the other windows work with that switch.

Do you Hear anything happening when you try to roll it up. You might have to get down next to door panel

I have the door panel off. There is absolutely no activity in the motor. I had to unbolt the motor assembly from the door in order to get the window up and tape it.

After you took off the motor could the window manually go up. And did you ever find out what was wrong. Thanks
