2002 Kia Sedona misfire on cylinder 5

Our check engine light came on, we borrowed our friend's computer analysis machine to find out why. The computer stated "Misfire on cylinder 5". What should we pursue? Spark plug wires? Spark plugs? Not quite sure where to start and how much this may cost.

If its a misfire one one cylinder the first thing to always do is witch the spark plug and plug wire with another cylinder, maybe cylinder one and reset code and drive.

Does code switch to cylinder one or stay with 5? If it stays wiht 5 its time to check the compression.
