My windshield washer is not pumping fluid. The tank is full, the lines are soft and not frozen and you can't hear the humming sound that you should hear when you press the lever inside the car. Could this be a fuse or is it something more complicated like a pump that needs to be replaced? I just wanted a little advice before I take it to a repair shop.

Check the fuse and relay. If they are good, then replace the washer pump.

Thank you for your response. I will take a look and if all is well, I will have to go see a repair shop.

Thanks,
Wendy
