Key will not turn due to moisture

I have tried to use WD-40 to no avail, had the key assembly removed key still will not turn. The steering wheel will move back and forth after using WD-40. What do I try next?

It sounds like you have a worn key or tumbler assembly. Try a different key to see if that can be the problem if not you will need to replace the ignition key tumbler. You will need to remove the steering wheel.
