Key fob issues

Key is flip but not remote start. It will not lock or unlock but it will start. Replaced battery. Is there a way to reset? Can I disconnect battery? Dealer claims fobs are okay. It is both remotes.

Yes, usually there is a reprogram/relearn process after changing the batteries. I will find out and get back to you. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
