Service engine soon light went on today. Two weeks ago it was in the shop for overheating and I believe it might be connected, although they do not and want to separate warranty transaction.
The picture below is the code. There are no physical symptoms of any kind other than the service engine soon light.
Question, could this be connected to the engine temperature issue that we had two weeks ago that had symptoms of overheating service engine soon light etc.?
Also, at the beginning of the previous problem with overheating I thought that it could be the thermostat so I replaced it myself with a non-Motorcraft thermostat. It was recommended as a quality thermostat from AutoZone and I took their word for it. Was that a mistake?
